  We moved here from another sister property a few months ago to get a little closer to work. All in all, it's really a pretty nice place. We dig the location and our neighbors have been very friendly. I haven't had to visit the office but a few times and everyone was helpful. I'll update back in a few months... but so far so good!

  Move in with old dirty carpet which looks like not ready for move in home. (If they charge any for carpet when we move out, I will be really very mad!). Some neighbors even had party with open window till midnight or play loud music from cars during 2AM. Maintenance/management team does not consider residents here. only being here for 4 months and they sent someone twice for pats control which we did not requested. They even promised that they won't do it again after the 1st time. It made us have to move all stuff out from closets and cabinets again. 2 months ago, they had informed all residents that they are going to replace counter tops in kitchen and baths. It also requested us to removed all items from cabinets under counter tops. These all could be done before new residents move in. They should do the schedule like that instead of making everyone who still live in the unit so inconveniences. Especially they rescheduled the work 4 times. what should we do? Keep spending time to move all stuff back and take them out again and agin? Can't they just do all upgrades when people move out from the unit? Now the workers finally comes. It's a very big mess! Even they are trying not to be but how can you keep it clean if it's under construction? Not a good maintenance and management team. Not worth the price!!
