  Well I open 2 account for my boys so there SS check to be DIRECT DEPOSITED into the PNC Bank things were going good the online print out was easy to read and I was able to move through the menu quite easily. So said I would like to open an account for myself! At a glance when I got home it was not like the other accounts for my boys and very confusing to navigate! The home page is some kind of graphs & future prediction plan to help you save money. I guess that is good in a way but it needs to be what people are use to seeing not all full of blown up graphs & scales that you need a majors in banking to be able to read, but I have been able to deal with it since I already had my SS checks come hear and it would be such a pain to change it all! So for years I've had my money coming to PNC with out a hitch I put checks in and in most cases they clear the next day until now, Now they decide to play God and Say when everything I had planned for weeks to accomplish & execute to hold an important check not for a couple of days, but for a whole week! I tried to tell other people about this they said that this isn't true that should already have gone through! So I made a few calls they tell me that there was a hold from the other bank the check was written so I called the writer he called his bank and they said it wasn't them that PNC was hold the funds To I call PNC again & returned the reply & Their Head Bank chairmen said there is nothing that he could do that it was that once some one up in GODS chair says this is the way it is well there's no way to get your money! So if you want to get your money I would put it somewhere else! I'm going to try Capitol One I hear they can do the transition very conveniently!
